Kathryn Healy is a dark fiction author with a flair for the glamorously macabre. Her work tends to center around the turn of the 20th century, women who are sort of evil, and the intersection of weddings and funerals.

Kathryn also writes for video games, primarily as a freelance narrative designer. She publishes games of her own under the label “Marmorhaus,” alongside illustrator Constantine Clarke.

Raised outside of Atlanta, Kathryn now resides in Chicago with her partner, two preciously idiotic cats, and an unnerving amount of dolls. She can be found haunting independent bookstores, antique malls, and goth clubs.
